The Story

Stühlinger Clinic is a well-known private clinic in the Black Forest region of Germany. It has been around for a quarter of a century but was in danger of being left behind by new entrants to the market.

With antiquated branding, outdated web design and reception staff drowning in phone calls leaving staff and patients frustrated, the partners knew they needed to change to remain fit for the healthcare market of the future.

The solution

A brand refresh, a considered digital marketing strategy and a new website revitalised the clinic’s image and strengthened its online presence.

The site was completely restructured to improve navigation, enhance patient experience and strengthen SEO performance. With a new and simplified web design, the site now enables visitors to easily find relevant, in-depth information on the operations and procedures available at the clinic. Appointment bookings and patient on-boarding is managed electronically via the website, significantly reducing pressure on reception staff, freeing them up to deal with visitors to the clinic.
